Pricing:
Prices are subject to change without notice. However, an effort will be made to provide sufficient lead-time to our customers before prices are changed. Orders placed on or after the date of a price change will be invoiced at the new price. Please contact your Sales Rep or Customer Service Rep for an up-to-date price list. Xyron, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any order at any time.
Minimum Order Values:
The minimum initial order for credit terms is $1,000. Any initial order less than $500 must be pre-paid via credit card or cash. After the initial order, there is a $500 minimum per order (not including freight). Orders not meeting this minimum are subject to a Less Than Minimum fee of $20.
Minimum Order Quantities:
Xyron, Inc. has developed standard unitized packaging for most products. These units permit us to standardize loading practices and optimize facilities, as well as meet loading requirements of carriers responsible for delivery of products or material. Xyron, Inc. ships in full carton quantities ONLY. Any orders received for less than full carton quantities will be adjusted to meet the minimum.
General Payment Provisions:
All payments must be paid by check, money order, credit card, or wire transfer. We gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Any payment that is returned due to insufficient funds or is unable to be completed due to insufficient available credit card credit will be subject to an Invalid Payment Fee of $25 or 5% of the order value, whichever is greater.
